I had an amazing apartment tour with Summer, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel so comfortable and easy. Summer answered all of my questions with patience and gave me a thorough look at everything the property has to offer.

The moment I came to NOVEL I felt welcome. The generosity of the staff and residents is unmatched. Everyone I have interacted with have been genuine and nice. NOVEL and the event staff, Helen and Chris, put on 4-5 events a month to gather the community in fellowship. I have met so many lovely individuals at the events which allowed me to gain friendships. Moving from a different state knowing no one was a risk, but my new friends have shown me around Charlotte and allowed me to feel acclimated. The property staff are great communicators making sure I have everything for my apartment that I need. The apartments are pet friendly! I would highly recommend renting an apartment at NOVEL.

Love this place. I stay here by the night when I fly out to visit my Daughters. The room is fully furnished studio with private bedroom with modern amenities, including washer and dryer. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is gracious and professional. Minutes from downtown Charlotte but secluded and rural feeling. Looking forward to my next stay.
