She took the time to answer our many questions, explain the lease options and fees, knew her numbers as if she wrote them herself, and promptly followed up with detailed quotes and checked in a few times via text. When she needed to verify information, she was upfront about it, her co-worker sent texts to her computer, which was a lovely unobtrusive approach of support, instead of Avery guessing, which we really appreciated. The grounds are STUNNING, and the apartment looked exactly like the online photos, with beautiful finishes and quality furnishings. Everything felt clean, modern, and well maintained. If NOVEL offered private garages, it likely would have been our new home. Regardless, Avery set a high standard for professionalism and customer service, and we’re grateful she was the first leasing consultant we met in Charlotte.
